Please join us for our quarterly socials where you can learn more about our mission and hear updates about projects we are doing in the community. We will have speakers to educate on important heart and vascular subjects as well as experts in the field of cardiology to remind us of the importance of having a healthy heart. Drinks and hors d’oeuvres are always served to go along with the fun and fellowship. No reservation required!

Murder Mystery Dinner
We hosted our first inaugural Murder Mystery Dinner in 2024, and it’s back by popular demand! Stay tuned for the next night of mystery and detective work, coming soon to a party near you.
The rustle of silks and feathers under muted conversation was probably the last thing heard by the tragically and unexpectedly deceased at the Billionaires’ Club Annual Masquerade Ball. With a mystery under each feathery façade, unmasking the killer may be quite a challenge. It’s up to you to determine which partygoer is guilty, bring this crime to justice, and save the party!
Black Tie & Blue Jeans
Support Friends of Heart with a night of fun at our signature annual event, Black Tie & Blue Jeans presented by West Tennessee Healthcare, on Saturday, August 2rd at the Carl Perkins Civic Center. Dinner, dancing, live & silent auctions, liquor pull, and more… all to support life-saving AED distribution across 19 counties, staff education, clinical research, Jackson’s 4-Minute City initiative, and youth EKG screenings! Boots & Bling
Grab your girls for the ultimate #gno at the Jackson Fairgrounds! A longtime favorite event is back each Heart Month to celebrate Women’s Health Month. There’s no better way to be heart-healthy than staying on the move! You do not want to miss this fun-filled night of dancing and learning about how to prevent heart disease, the number one killer of women. Snacks, drinks, dancing, education, and more–what are you waiting for? Put on your boots and your bling–it’s time to party!

Annual bike ride
Our annual Bike Ride will be in Downtown Jackson at The Lift. Make plans to join us for this Healthy Hearts Event – we have a route for everyone! Sponsorship opportunities available. Contact us to learn more! Details to follow.
Annual Picklleball tournament
We hosted our first-ever Pickleball Tournament on Saturday, May 6th at Westwood Recreation Center in partnership with Hub City Picklers. This event, part of our Healthy Hearts Event Series, raised almost $15,000 for heart-healthy initiatives and education in West Tennessee!

Annual 5k
We hosted our second annual 5K run on Saturday, February 11th. The course began at Fleet Feet, and we had over 130 participants. This was the first event in Friends of Heart’s 2023 Healthy Hearts Event Series and was the first event in the Jackson Road Runners Points Series as well.
We look Forward to partnering with Fleet Feet in 2025 for the annual 5k run!
